Introduction

working process

The bottle embryo is transferred to the bottle embryo hopper through the tipping machine, the bottle embryo is raised to the embryo arranging machine through the lifting machine, and the bottle embryo is arranged regularly through the scientific flipping and removing device. After the embryo insertion head is inserted into the bottle embryo, the bottle embryo is turned over by the guide rail to the state of the embryo mouth facing down, so as to meet the requirement that the embryo body is in the established heating area. At the same time of rotation of the embryo, the heating chain drives the embryo to move in a straight line, and the embryo is heated through several stages such as osmotic heating, balanced curing, and distributed heating. Then the embryo is turned over by turning the guide rail to the state with the embryo mouth facing up, and the embryo is entered into the blowing machine through the embryo producing mechanism, and the embryo is captured and placed in the blowing mold by the flexible and accurate embryo taking manipulator. The bottle embryo is finally formed in the blow mold through drawing, one blow, two blow, cooling and other steps, and is removed from the mold by the bottle taking manipulator pliers into the bottle out mechanism, and finally the bottle is moved to the downstream equipment by the bottle out wave wheel.
