Piston Filling Machine

1. Filling machine contains turret part, material tank, filling valve, and control part. Machine height can be adjusted by the rack in machine bottom. Empty bottles enter into conveyor belt, then by bottle screw and starwheel into filling valve.

2. Filling valve is piston filling type. Under filling valve is a turning valve to control fill or not. Fill or not finally determined by bottle entering into filling machine or not. No bottle, no filling. There is a proximity switch detects bottles.

3. Material level detects by material contactor and through magnetic valve to determine adding material or not. Two conditions in material tank: low level and high level. When machine works automatically and material level is low, then add material. When it reaches high level, stop.

4. When customer need adjust filling height, rotating the handwheel in the inner part of the rack.

5. Filling machine contains CIP washing ball. Our machine has CIP tube connects with CIP cleaning system. Washing ball under the pressure of pump to make ball rotating to wash filling tank. Under the pressure of open valve turret washing material drain out and finally return to CIP system.

Juice Filling Section

Products by the liquid line into the bucket; By the star wheel into the filling machine, hold the bottleneck, rotate with filling machine, etc, and in accordance with the guide rail up to open the filling valve; Products under the action of gravity, flows through the filling valve for filling the bottle, and keep the liquid level; After entering forecast drop bottle let stand area, the bottle with holding bottom facility down a certain height, make the bottle from the filling valve, filling valve to close, filling valve exhaust pipe of products under the gravity, the flow back to the bottle; The Last Lifting device with the bottle fell to a height of star wheel clamp, derived by the star wheel will bottle.
