• During filling process, cans don’t lift while filling valves do. Valve’s lift is controlled by cylinder but not ordinary mechanical type lifting, so there is little wear parts.

• Perfect liquid level control guarantee the stable liquid level inside of filling bowl.

• Can sealing roller is hardened by high hardness alloy (HRC > 62), and can sealing curve is precision machined by optical curve grinding to ensure the quality of can sealing.

• The machine has a control system with a lower cap, no cap, to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

• The machine has CIP automatic cleaning function.

• The machine has a centralized lubrication system.
