Bottle Warming Tunnel

Main Features:

1) The main parts of the machine are made of stainless steel (except foundation, bearing, motor, etc.), the side has an observation window, the top is designed to be open structure for convenient maintenance and observation.

2) The nozzle is made of American technology, spraying water evenly.

3) Stainless steel mesh chain, small wear, shatterproof bottle.

4) Frequency conversion motor is adopted to drive by helical gear and bevel gear reduction motor (ABB), which is stable and reliable with low energy consumption.

5) The main motor is equipped with overload protection, which can effectively protect the chain plate and its transmission system.

6) Dynamic chain plate transition is adopted in and out of bottles to effectively prevent bottle pouring and bottle blocking.

7) Equipped with temperature display table, steam pressure gauge.

8) Equipped with spray circulation pump and metering pump.

9) Each pump is provided with necessary low water level protection to prevent the pump from accidental damage due to dry pumping.

10) The steam system is equipped with stop valve and pneumatic control valve.
