The valve adopts dual cylinder control, and the mode of filling process can be changed arbitrarily to ensure that the filling flow rate meets the requirements, and the product can be filled to the required weight in a short time. In the filling process, the flow adjustment is convenient, the filling efficiency is effectively improved, and at the same time, the common problems of domestic oil filling valves are solved: opening and closing the valve, spilling oil, dropping oil after closing the valve, and the product weight error is too large. The valve is used with the weighing sensor, the weight control is accurate, and the weight error of the product is plus or minus 3 grams.

The filling machine includes an automatic lifting device, which automatically lifts to the appropriate position when the oil is discharged and the related parts of the bottle are replaced. Bottle type filling machine fixed way related with handle, bottle replacement and convenient adjustment.

Capping Machine

The guide rail travel is long, the double column fastening method makes the equipment fixed firmly, the vibration is small, the sealing concentricity is high, and the sealing defective rate is less than 0.2%;

The cover guide rail is provided with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cover from passing through and taking out the reverse cover. At the same time, it is equipped with a set of photoelectric switches. When there is no cover on the cover guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of the lidless bottle.

The bottle inlet detection switch of the capping machine is provided, and the locking cylinder at the connection point of the falling cap guide rail and the pulling cap disc interlock control the discharge of the cap, ensuring that the cap feeding stops when there is no bottle or the filling accuracy does not meet the requirements, and reducing the loss of the cap.

Wheel Assembly

The wheel assembly is made of high-quality stainless steel material and matched with high-quality oil nylon retainer to ensure the smooth operation of the bottle during the handover process.

For different bottle sizes, under the premise of unchanged bottle mouth size, it is possible to quickly change different bottle shapes by replacing nylon parts. Bottle pulling wheel adopts special stainless steel 304 material overall protection sheet to avoid bottle scratch and bottle stability.
