Automatic Can Piston Filler Seamer

Hong Guan Machinery Piston Filler is developed for all kinds of containers, large or small, plastic or glass, metal can or jar. The filling range includes the product that is dense or semi dense, with or without particles, such as chilli sauce, tomato concentrate, baby food, sweet condensed milk, fruit pulps, honey, jams, pet foods, spaghetti sauce, cream, jelly, aloe vera and so on.

Piston Filling Machine

• Filling machine contains turret part, material tank, filling valve, and control part. Machine height can be adjusted by the rack in machine bottom. Empty bottles enter into conveyor belt, then by bottle screw and starwheel into filling valve.

• Filling valve is piston filling type. Under filling valve is a turning valve to control fill or not. Fill or not finally determined by bottle entering into filling machine or not. No bottle, no filling. There is a proximity switch detects bottles.

• Material level detects by material contactor and through magnetic valve to determine adding material or not. Two conditions in material tank: low level and high level. When machine works automatically and material level is low, then add material. When it reaches high level, stop.

• When customer need adjust filling height, rotating the handwheel in the inner part of the rack.

Seamer

• This machine has a control system with a can under lid and no can without a lid to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

• The sealing roller adopts high hardness hematogenous quenching (HRC>62) for the original Taiwan roller, and the sealing curve adopts optical curve grinding precision processing to ensure the quality of sealing and ensure the normal operation of the machine.
